Tour pak adjustment
« on: February 27, 2009, 11:17:49 AM »

Is there any adjustment back/forward from the factory?  I would like to move mine back for a little more room for my passengers.
It looks like there are three positions available and mine appears to be in the most forward position.

Yes, there is an adjustment, lift the the inner liner out and you will find four bolts, check to see if the bolts are at the rear position

I see the four bolts but there are no optional holes...I guess there must be female threads to accept the new positions in the metal support bracket below the tour pak.
I guess I will try and remove it tommorow and figure it out.
Thanks

If you make her any longer, you'll have a decision to make. Drag bars, or an extra axle!  ;D

Hey Tony
Good to hear from you I guess the pain meds are wearing off, you typed without a slurrr.
Welcome back and speedy recovery.

I looked at the tour pak AGAIN and I guess it is in the most aft position.  I only see two options...you said it planenut very weak on the factory adjustment.

I can not see the forward position being useful to anyone that rides with a BSR.
