Filled Flames?
« on: February 27, 2009, 07:07:36 PM »

I saw the picture of the  :bananarock: with the flames filled in and wondered how it would look on a  :cherry:. I did a crude fill in Photoshop. What do all of you think? I don't really like the orange I used, but too late now. I think maybe with the darker cherry color it would look better.

Ok... maybe I'm just a "purist" (biased) and think that the '04/'05' SEEG's are if not the best one of the best paint schemes out of the CVO lineup, but I would suggest you ride your bike a little, enjoy the compliments, talk to some people that see your bike about what you think would enhance it, and see how many think a change would make it better. :nixweiss:

I think you are right! :2vrolijk_21: IMHO it is the best paint scheme they have created to date.  I just wanted to make it my own, but when you're right, you're right. :2vrolijk_21:

That's a thought. I really do like the filled flames like yours niatram, but it just doesn't work on this bike.

I had someone do some lighter orange and yellow tips to the pinstriping about 3 years ago.  This picture was showing off the clearview opaque windshield, but you can see the pinstriping in it.

Now that works... subtle, but unique. :2vrolijk_21:
