dave..... thanks for the response, yes i live in Ma the area with the real football team..new england...lol.
anyway thanks for the response and i do plan to eliminate the cat eventually, also i do already have a zumo 550 that was on my old street glide.

I've been trying to figure out that handle forever and I never would  have come up with that!  Thanks for the explanation!

I'm in awe of everyone getting 38+ MPG.  I rarely get over 35.  I'm guessing it's because of the crappy oxygenated gas in CA and maybe because I can't stay out of the throttle.   :o

You are not alone.  I never seem to get good mileage out of my bikes, but then that throttle contraption is just too much entertainment for me.  I was getting 40 mpg on my RK, but I don't expect to get that on this bike.

When I look at it quickly the word "Lamda" comes to mind.

Oh and I was lucky to get around 34 mpg running 80-90 yesterday up n back to Dtona...nice tailwind on the way back may have helped..
