Yessir, but now that I have them off, I like it alot better than with them on.  Further, the 117cid is HUGE.  I want to be sure it gets all the cooling air it can get.

Glad you like it.  ;) However "looks" isn't my primary concern.

Why?  I DGAS.  You stated your opinion, and that's awesome.  I stated my reasons for using the device, and.....well......I guess that's awesome too.  No big deal dude.   :2vrolijk_21:

Bottom line, it is helping keep the CUBES cool and running good!
Who did your engine build and is there a link to the goodies you
used here on the site?

I have used this on one recent 124" build and am using it on another. I saw them in Cinci and was so impressed by the quality of the product that I ordered them there. Nice part and they dolook great. But then again I am a sucker for billet machined stuff 8)

I'm running it with the stock oil cooler but the rubber lines are an extremely tight fit.  Jim and I will be keeping an eye ont eh lines for wear.

Speaking of lines.........anyone know where I can get one of those Oetiker kits with pincers and an assortment of stepless clamps applicable to H-D motorcycles?  I know they make kits, but the ones I've found have double earred clamps, single earred clamps, and the kits that have stepless clamps are either too big, or they're for beverage machines.  So........is there an Oetiker kit for H-D?  Or should I just order a set of pincers and an assortment of clamps based on my specific needs?

Also, the side pincers........are they needed, or will the regular pincers suffice alone?  I can think of one place on the Green Bike where the side pincers might be useful.......the rear hose clamp on the oil filter mount, with the filter removed, of course.  Might also be useful when installing the crossover fuel line if I want to hide the pinch point on the clamp.
