« on: October 06, 2005, 05:49:46 PM »

Terry and I rode down to Rich's (Mariposa) and spent the weekend with Rich (Dirtyharry, from this site) and his lady Leray.

At the time of your photo, what was the temp in that area?

It been years since I have traveled through Yosemite, however was speaking today regarding returning in July 2006.

I think it was about 65 up on top.  Cool, but not cold.

The Park Ranger did pull over and have a little "chat" with me about being "off road".  But he was very nice about it and I assured him that it wouldn't happen again.  I've saw other bikes at that spot, in the past (you have to ride between the large boulders at the edge of the road, to get in therer).
