Visited un-named dealer, at the downtown location & out on the interstate, at both locations the price for a new SERG 09 was $ 44,995.00 plus shipping & tax.  This was the first time I visited this dealer that I did not & will not make any purchases from them again. The guy has millions but just must try to rape his customers on price. If I was in HD management I would have a serious talk with how he markets their product.

 45K is disgusting for a 09 CERG; man it better come with a quadrillion extras.  I don't think HD really cares what the dealerships sell their products for as long as the mo-co get their cut.

I'd rather see the price climb than drop. Supply and demand. You never know when a greedy banker might drop in and have to have one right now!

I thought us north of the border were getting screwed, and we may be. With our dollar dropping, the cost to buy a new SERG is about $42,000, up about $10,000 since last September. Even $44,995 Canadian is way too much.

That Clown in FL with two Datona Dealerships has been like that as long as I can remember.  I use to live in Jacksonville for 7 years, I would not spend a penny in that Clowns store.

Sure glad I have a MSRP dealer near me in TN...

The PN mentioned above is correct, however you need to go to the metic section to find it, then be prepared to drill two holes in it in a very difficult postion on it, I mention it's use to the "K" guys at Daytona, that if they drilled the additional holes they could market it to the HD guys, the way they  looked at me and I could tell they had no interest in going so.

I also saw the two bikes Jettjockey's talking about,the silver was way over priced but I could tell the orange was not going to be around long.Unfortunately I was there because my beautiful orange bike was brought in on the hook but I did notice that both bikes at both dealers had chrome calipers and something else added but nowhere near enough to justify the price even on that orange machine.
