Request PCIII Map for 110 SE w/Cobra slashdowns & SE HB a/c

going on 2007 SE Springer Softail.  New to the mapping game.  Haven't busted tape on PC III usb yet.  Better than RT? or PC V (my reading indicates V is designed for 2009 bikes).
Any considerations/performance limitations due to the fact that PC utilizes O2 eliminators?  Just installed the Cobra pipes.  Excellent sound (and look) on the 110.  Hopefully their performance claim (almost 2 into 1 performance) is true.
How about best all 'round cam?  I like pullilng  out of the hole, but also enjoy opening her up on long highways?
