It looks like they just tuck up in there.  I'll do the same.


That's all it takes.
But I'm not sure why anyone would be messing with them to make them hang to start with.

Being that they were covered in oil, I'm guessing that they were trying to clean up a mess they made when they changed the oil and did it then.  Those sit directly under the oil filter.  I've put about 500 more miles on it since the service and there doesn't seem to be any problem, so I'm not real concerned other than now I know to tuck them up in there somewhere.
