No, you mainly can tell from the Price!  :2vrolijk_21:

These started in 1999 with one bike and this year it was several bikes (4) Fatbob, Softtail Springer, Road glide and Ultra Classic.

about 10K -15K over reg Bike. Hard to forget, very limited paint schemes

Noticed the link I listed below only went to the 2007's. FLHTCUSE3 gave you the link to the 09's. Anyone have a listing of the 08's?

If you post a photo, we can surely tell you real quickly.  What model is it and what year?  What color scheme?  We may be able to tell you from that.

DC,
I know the VIN will identify it as a CVO, but for the lay person that does not know what a CVO is, The VIN will not help.

The CVO VINs do not start with   1HD1 IISACVO
