The FLTRU is NOT going to be a CVO.

It has been previously posted in another thread, but the 4 CVO models are:

FLHTCUSE5 (SE Electraglide Ultra Classic}
FXDFSE2 (SE Fat Bob)
FLHXSE (SE Street Glide)
FXSTSE (SE Softail)

EDIT:  Corrected Model on SEUC

Sooner or later their going to have to change the letter designation of the SEUC because it'll be too long. I wouldn't be surprised it it just became a permanent fixture in the SE lineup. I can see it now FLHTCUSEⁿⁿⁿⁿⁿⁿⁿⁿⁿⁿⁿⁿⁿⁿⁿⁿⁿⁿⁿⁿⁿⁿⁿⁿ.

You can't go by CARB reports.  The MoCo always seems to manage to throw in a few things that turn out to not be the case, in those CARB reports.  Close, but not always accurate. :nixweiss:

Perhaps not.  I still would wager there is not going to be a CVO FLTRU.  We will likely know on Saturday.
