I'm seriously considering a Mustang seat for my bike but I remember trying a Saddlemen's Explorer seat years ago at a show and really liking it, but at the time it wasn't available for my bike. They show that it is available with a backrest for the 09 RG but I'll have to call to see if it also fits a SE RG. Has anyone put one of these on their 09 SERG? If you have how do you like it? I'd like to sit on one again but don't know of any place to do that-so I need some advice if anyone has used one.

I was at Saddlemen's "factory' in Rancho Dominguez, CA 8 days ago and they had just finished a two-up seat using a 2009 SERG as a development fixture. I don't recall what they called this seat but is was freakin' gorgeous. I'm getting a Saddlemen solo for my '09 SERG which is supposed to be ready around the end of March. I had their solo on my '04 SEEG for 56K miles and it was the most comfortable seat I've ever had..and I've had more than a few. I talk to Jerry Beaty (jbeaty@saddlemen.com). He has answered all of my emails within a day and understands our needs...he is a rider!

I have a friend that uses a Saddelman on an 07 RG loves it.
