Die Cast Models?

Morning!

I am trying to find for a good buddy a die-cast model of a 2003 SERK.  I watch ebay all the time and almost every other single model and year are avail,  but cant find his..

Ideas???

Never seen one either, and I'd love to have one. As I recall, someone posted here that neither the Anniversary SERK or Duece models were made for some unknown reason.

The company that made the H-D CVO diecast models - Maisto did not produce one for the '03 SERK.

What are you going to do?  Swap out the tins on a die cast model?  Maybe you could take the tins off the diecast model and send them to the Color Shop Exchange Program.  I'm sure they would get a kick out of receiving that request.

Having had both the 03 SE's I searched far and wide with no success. They are right, they were not made for either the 03 SERK or the SED. I've never seen a NANA either. :(

In fact the models (years, colors) they have made do not convince me that they have proper plan. It is completely erratic, and I truly wonder who is actually thinking about their models. I do not know about the minimum numbers they'd need to do on anyone model, but I am certain that at least the CVO people would appreciate to have "their" model and color available, even if it costs around $ 40. At least I would. I have models of all my cars (that includes the past ones), and I like to see them once in a while.

Ya just gotta be lucky and hope that that make a model of your particular year/model.  Like the closest I could get to my '94 FLSTN is a '93 FLSTN and I made some small modifications to it.  :)  spyder

hello;  all ,  maybe check the FRANKLIN MINT SITE  they do alot of stuff for harley and see what they have got..  but it will not be $40 probably more like $150..  well good luck , jeff

Franklin Mint is no good as well. No CVO's and basically the same erratic collection of bikes/colors to begin with. These are more expensive than Maisto, but also tend to be better. Just can't find any model matching the bikes I have!
