I'll ask a different question: Do you like the way the 203s generate low end torque?
If you you do and you don't plan on any other mods than a cam change, then I would look at the Andres 21 or 26. Milder cams, definitely good low end torque. If you wanted not quite as much low end and a little more mid-range then the 37s, but that would be about it. To get the 37s to really come alive, a little head work would be in order.
Just to see what you are looking at, check out the Dyno Runs section on Harley Tech Talk. There are plenty of Stage 2 with 203 and stage 2s with the 26g cams to look at.
