Fullsac 2" Baffles
« on: March 30, 2009, 11:36:25 PM »

Here are the numbers I got on my 2008 SEUC 105th. The only modifications done to this bike are the Arlen Ness Big Sucker, Jet Hot Sterling Silver ceramic coated STOCK headers, Screaming Eagle Pro Race Tuner and of course the Fullsac 2" Baffles. The bike has a little over 5000 miles on it. The Fullsac baffles are what got me upto the numbers you are seeing on this chart along with the Jet Hot coating.

I don't think I have ever seen such nice curves (hope the wife doesn't see this!).
Nice job!

I agree - that's nearly a perfect blend of torque, power, and efficiency.

I have done the same mods to my 09 FLTRSE3 except I'm using the factory A/C.  Your curve looks great! I was a bit surprised by your high numbers but then noticed the chart is using STD correction factor instead of the usual SAE which will lower the numbers a bit. Still very nice results, it must be a pleasure to ride. :2vrolijk_21:

I checked with the tech at the dealership on the STD versus SAE and he says there is a difference but only a couple of numbers difference nothing drastic. Just posted it so people could see the numbers from what I installed on my bike, nothing more.

I have the same setup and am waiting to put a few more miles on the bike before dynoing.  What was the SERT map that was used?

I sent all that information to Steve at Fullsac, I'm sure he will give it too you if you ask. If not E-Mail me and I'll get a copy from my Tech and send it too you.

Do you have the SERT or the tuner that Steve sells at Fullsac?  I think Steve is going to Laughlin this weekend, maybe I will bump into him (probably the guy wearing the HD t-shirt)

I have the Pro Screaming Eagle Race Tuner, I sent Steve at Fullsac the sheets on it so he could compare to his own adjustments. If you cannot get them from him I will be happy to e-mail them to you. These settings can only be done with the pro race tuner on a dyno.
