Hey all!
Been away from the forum for a while due to doing mods, life, work, and finally getting a little riding in on my new toy. What a sweet bike!

My gosh we're livin' large with these beasts.

Anyway, thought I'd start posting a few mods I've done, maybe it'll help someone else out.
I wanted to get the Kuryakyn Adjustable Passenger Pegs for my wife (BSR), cause I had them on the '07 Ultra and she loved them. Gives her an extra footrest so she can change positions from time to time. Kinda like us using the highway pegs. For the CUSE4, I wanted the pegs to match the rest of the bike. The problem is that the Kury peg attaches to their support arm via a threaded bolt. Whereas the H-D pegs have a support "pin" that has hole perpendicular to the end that a bolt goes thru to attach it to the mount (later pictures will show this). The footpeg goes over this pin and then a bolt is inserted in the outer end which secures it in place and at the tilt angle you like. This pin needs modified or you have to use an additional peg mount which makes the pegs stick out even farther.
I decided to cut the end of the pin off that has that mounting hole, drill it out and thread it. Then the Kury support arm's threaded hole (to accept their peg) was drilled out (no threads) so a bolt could go thru it to fasten the H-D pin to. It turned out quite nice and looks like it belongs since the pegs all match (IMHO).
1st pic: shows the Kury mount arm...note the threaded hole on the left end is where their peg bolts to.
