Hi Folks,
I am upgrading my engine with R&R Stage 5 cast heads, Axtell cylinders and pistons and R&R 615 gear drive cams - through Randy at Hyperformance

Part of the package was a HPI 55mm throttle body which I was assured  would accept OEM parts - website says so as well...........
The local Harley dealer has just called and said none of the sensors etc; fit.  I had originally upgraded to the SE 50mm throttlebody.

He has suggested that I try my sensors from the original 45.. throttle body........

Anyone any ideas to resolve?
I live in Singapore and have to order everything in from US.

What year bike?  I have an 04 SEEG with the HPI 58 MM throttle body and everything works including the cruise control.

Hi Ernie,
It is a 2007.
I understand from HPI that there are two models - one for 01-05 and another for 06-07.
There is a possibility  I may have been supplied with the wrong one.............I will have to
see and check tomorrow........

ColCop that is correct about there being 2 different models and the setups.   In the past you had to cut one of the brackets off the original throttlebody to make it work on the HPI throtttlebody, which I had to do on the 04 and the first 05 SEEG.   

Too bad you didnt order a 58 I have one here at the house I could have swapped ya, although mine has been used

Looks like I am gonna have to order a 58/62 for the 05 Cheery

Apparently the issue was that I was sent the correct manifold
but with the earlier throttle body...

Exchange is in process.
