Looks like another great trip for the books...
Note to self: It may be Cali but pack the jacket...Get a tan before you go...Be perpared for fun...Go to the beach...More, more and more...

We all got a bit of a sun burn on our noses, yesterday......and we're all from Cali.

By the way.....forgot to mention. I dropped my bike!

I wasn't even taking the training. The class limit is seven and I gave my spot up so a friend could go. But I got on my bike (fully loaded, tour pack, saddle bags and all) and decided I was going to do a few of the exercises anyway. Now I've taken the course before and I heard Mark's verbal training before each exercise so I was "refreshed" in that regard. But.......got a little to confident (never dropped it when I took the first class) and it was the exercise where you start a u-turn from a dead stop with the forks turned all the way to the fork stops. Going to the left, twisted the throttle just a bit, eased the clutch out and wham....bike is on the ground. I stepped off, as he taught so no injury there. The bike fell against the floor board brackets and stayed right there.......so no damage to anything. Just thought I should tell it like it is.
