What insurance company are you guys using for your motorcycles and how much is the premium? If you have experienced a claim, how was the service?

State Farm here bases it on engine size, so a 600cc suicycle costs less than my 1800cc dinosaur.  For full coverage it is about $350 on the SERK, less than $300 for my ten year old Fat Boy.

Oh god here comes the whining from non Ma. residents!

Here in Beautiful Mass. we can only buy boat, motorcycle andrv insurance from a couple regulated companies. My 97 Yami YZF1000 costs about $230 for bare bones coverage...so bare people should be a afraid to be on the road with me. The new 09 Ultra CVO costs $1450, sounds high? It actually costs more than my 1 year old truck, but my previous 06 Street Glide was costing just over $1000 a year. I am 41 years old, never had a motorcycle violation or accident and havent any sort of ticket including parking since i was 22.

Yes, we are getting a good porking in Ma.! And they wont allow geicco or progressive to cover bikes yet.
