Thanks Knothead, you are making me feel better about the decision that is one nice SERK, looks like you spent some serious dough on it. I am also looking at the Orange SERG looks like a hotrod from back in the day.

TBird, I spent about $5,000 to make it look like a SE Street Glide, that has not make CVO production yet..I thought it was a good looking bike, and performed unbelievably until I rode the SERG. By Harley discontinuing the Glide line up, I think the depreciation will be minimal at trade in.

You will probably take a big hit on your 08 SERK but if its what you are looking for and your bank balance allows it, go for it

I think if they will give you the right numbers, I would go for the SERG.

Got a demo ride booked on a SERG at the dealer this weekend if it stops raining. Knothead what made you go from that loaded SERK to a SERG?

Been wrestling with the same dilemma, helped with demo rides rode SERG multiple times, short std windshield, a lot of wind, was told not to judge it needed a taller one,  (during demos could not tell if the wind is better than SEUC no 80 mph interstate riding)  (in winter riding the SERK in winter using fork deflectors and std windshield wind is not bad), would be taking a hit on the SERK to trade, have 08 SEUC, like the look of SERG but like the summer with RK stripped down solo seat, have a couple of days to decide

Yup..first thing you have to do is change out that MOCO windshield...
