New Additions to JCZ Bike's
« on: October 23, 2005, 12:59:12 AM »

JC's bike had a sleep over at my house last night and during its visit it got some new LED lights, saddle bag and tour pack spoliers with  lights, chrome inner primary, chrome starter solenoid cover, chrome oil vent line, and chrome fuel fitting cover. Here's some pics....

Spoilers......Running lamps

More of the spoiler lights. I set it up so the tour pack spoiler works with running and brakes, and the saddle bag lights work with running, signals, and brakes.

Especially in the pics viewing from the side with the darker ambient the engine area looks almost too good.  Needs some lights on the bottom of the struts shinnig down reflecting off the wheel and mufflers to light up the back end too.  Now it's cool.  Then it'd be really cool.  [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

Well JC, we can always light up the rear wheel too ::)

Uhhh.....think we'll keep the focus the engine.

Thanks Jim......you did a great job.

Some of you know that I already had the Kuryaken blue lights but I had Jim swith them to the lights that he sells for two reasons.  I've had to replace the Kuryaken lights several times (they seem to break the wires really easily) and they're a powder blue or baby blue where Jim are a much deeper blue that match the "cobalt".

I really like the spoiler lights being set up as run lights/brake lights/turn signals.......they make a huge difference on the rear end of the bike at night.  Hopefully, any drunk out there will be able to see these and know it's a stopped vehicle!

The Chrome inner primary, of course, added a lot, too.

Thanks again, Jim! [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

Yo JCZ,
Very nice.  I too agree with keeping the lights (and focus) on the engine with our bike...too many lights and you get that 'Geezer on a Goldwing' thing workin. [smiley=huepfenlol2.gif]  (don't tell TwoLane, he'll hit us with his walker)

BTW, did you go with the HD chrome inner primary or is that the Kuryakyn primary cover?

The bike looks real good JC.  Glad you like the new decorative lights better than the Kuryakyn's you'd been using.  Really nice all the way around  [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]
