My friend Katie's youngest son Jonathan was diagnosed with ATRT which is a brain cancer with a very small survival rate. They have been valiantly fighting this disease for the past year but recently have decided to take Jonathan off treatment and put him in hospice care. If ever there was a mom who needed some recognition and pampering this Mother's Day it's my friend Katie.

*edit* just as a note apparently the contest rules dictate that you must submit an entry for your own mother. Well Katie's children are a bit too young to do this so now Katie has submitted an entry on behalf of her own mother. I have updated the link to the new page thanks again for all the support.
