Just saying Hi

Just bought my first Harley. I live 30 minutes west of Milwaukee and this is my first one. Figured I'd start with the 09 Fat Bob CVO in Yellow. I was looking at the black fat bob but when I took my wife to the dealer she really liked the yellow one. Ha Ha. So I ended up getting what she liked. True story and now everybody is happy. I just want to say these forums are great and I have a lot of reading to do.
I asked the dealer about the cat converter in the Fat Bob and they said it doesnt have one. Do I have to look for myself? Others say it does.
If there was anything to help performance, what would be the first thing to do? If it were a small block chevy or a Ski doo I would know exactly what to do. maybe if someone could make a small list of perf mods for the 110ci.  Thanks again

Welcome to the site and congratulations on year new scoot!  Now the fun begins.

My dealer told me that my 09 SERG didn't have a CC in the header...    :-X :rifle:

After a long argument I went on my way in utter disbelief.  Later that night after cutting my header pipe open and REMOVING the CC... I was vindicated.

Next day I returned to the dealership and dumped the baggie full of CC shrapnel on the desk top...

Why is it dealers/service dept are the last to know...

Oh well.

thanks everyone. How to remove the cat? I can do anything mechanical so lay it on me. will this void any warranties? It seems to be welded into the head pipe so do I cut it off and weld a new pipe on?
