Yes I had it also but the radio faceplate glare was worse.

Raptor,

"I do ride with perscription transition eye glasses, maybe if I wear shades it'll cut down on it?  It is only with the sun at my back. "

Try riding with the sun at your front - that should eliminate it.   :bananarock:

Just stop checking the gauges every 3 seconds when sun is behind you and concentrate on the road :drink:

I don`t understand what you are talking about , anybody is able to explain to me ????? in other words ??? I'm just a poor boy living in a poor world and check nothing here . ::)

Klaus, you don't really have to worry about it.  Well, maybe only for those two months of the year when that bright shinny thing is way up in the sky...its called the "Sun".  We have it over our lower section of the USA because thats where most of the fastest SERGs are (Orange/Black) and the girls are prettier too and must wear very little clothing so they won't get too hot.   ;D ;D ;D ;D

I decided that Florida is too flat and the roads are too straight for riding.  I certainly enjoy the weather there, but after my recent trip there, I realized why I never went for many long rides when I lived there.  Where are the twisties and back country roads?  The best twisties I found were exit ramps and cul de sacs.

Did 300 miles today (on the zx-14, hopefully I will decide on a lounge chair soon). Plenty of curvy roads from Sanford to Ocala. I'll take flat and straight, as you call it, over snow and cold weather. ;) ;)

I have had the same issue- its a little distracting on really sunny days, but if thats the only issue I have with the bike- I'll be tickled. Its the mounting angle of the gauges in the faring- they are a bit laid down compared to the gauges in the faring on the Ultras- The thought about some stick on tint crossed my mind but ..well ...thats going to look like chit cause I failed cutting perfect circles in grade school. I have the 8" Klockwerks windshield and it did help to shade the useless gauges. Maybe someone can come up with a small bolt on cover that shades the Speedo and the Tach a little- I noticed there are two screws either side of the tach & speedo that would make a good mounting point.
