Screw the birdie.  If you don't have a citation for the source it's still rumor like all the others; every year.  With enough guesses some are always bound to be close.  So throwing chit on the wall to note later that one bit happened to stick is no big deal.  Anyone not citing a source is just showing their ass because it feels fun (not that that's a bad thing).

well I do not want to get into a pissing battle with anyone ...I can appreciate the reluctance based on rumor from someone you do not know but that's no excuse to be rude ....so I would just say take it for what its worth which on here apparently aint worth much BUT Proof is in the puddin ...and in the future you will find that g4b KNOWS whats going on .... time will tell.

Twoface .  I call my finger worse than that. 

You're not the first to suggest the model your claiming.  Not even this year.  And this certainly isn't this first year the suggestion has been made.  Nor is it the first time someone has claimed a solid "sourse" (sic).  Whoopee. 

An uncited source is still just a rumor.  If it turns out to be accurate later it still can't be claimed with certainty as any more than a lucky guess because it was never sourced.  If you wish to impress with knowledge or insight then claim something impassive, knowledgable or insightful. 

I'm still guessing an SE Trike for next year.  But I've guessed SE Servicar every year since this nonsense has started.  And I'm as full of chit as everyone else that guesses and has solid sources.

The proof of the pudding may be in the eating (which is actually the correct aphorism) but you're missing the obvious.  That putting yourself in the position of potentially having guessed right doesn't suggest knowledge.  Big deal.  Many have guessed.  Some based on whispered rumors from dealers that also don't know.  Some based on friend's brothers in laws who third party claim to have actually seen the SE Trike and ridden it.  Some from casting runes. 

You're not the first to suggest any model.  Nonetheless the one you are suggesting.  So you don't have pride of place in line.  You're not the first to claim a source.  So there's nothing special about the claim.  You won't even be the first to have guessed right if it actually comes to be.  And if there actually is some source you'll just be someone else who can't benefit from its citation after the fact (when anyone might be able to suggest a source that would know) because you left it as rumor beforehand.

But I'm Twofaced; so what to do I know about intelligence handling and independent verification .

Two I have no interest or incentive in trying to "impress" anyone on here there is no profit in it...I did not start this thread to "impress" anyone but to enlightn a few ...again I just submit that you take it for what its worth and remember the proof is in the puddin ...and the "luck guess" is an interesting anology ..the definition of luck is when preperation meets opportunity ..so there is no "luck" in my statement thank you

Now that you mention it, some “dude” was saying something about an SE Street Glide….I sent the news out via batch email. You should receive your official notification shortly.

Speaking of new model announcement, every time that I get near a bowl of punch I hear voices saying that H-D is rolling out a dry ice powered 2 wheel drive machine with 3 cylinders. This commuter carries 4 passengers and has 5 inches of suspension travel with a price of just 6 grand. Usually just after hearing these revelations, I wake up on the floor with a splitting headache, unswallowing repeatedly and in desperate need of a breath mint and a clean shirt. I sure hope I never actually see that machine. Now back to the internet…….
