Van, all I can say is that's really neat!  A great job and I must admit I'm more than a tad envious (not a good trait, I know) but that came out so good.  I know you and the girls are justifiably proud.  Thanks for the pictures.   Gives me something to show the wife like a 'bargining chip'???   Har!  spyder [smiley=huepfenlol2.gif] [smiley=huepfenlol2.gif] [smiley=huepfenlol2.gif]

Van that is one neat & tidy setup, I love the way that hoist sits flush with the floor. Well done. [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif] [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif] [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

  We're not worthy!!

Been looking seriously at the Race Deck Flooring for a few months now.  Considering putting it in next spring.  How was it to install?  Easy as they say.  Cleans ups are easy?

Any other comments?

It sure looks great 8-)

Van, just noticed your thread here.  The garage looks great.  Really love the floor.  The lift set in the floor would kinda worry me a bit though.

Going to lose, what, six inches or so over lift height from the original floor level?  That'd mean more stooping rather than standing for lower areas of the bike.  Not sure, might be nothing.  Without actually standing at it would never know.  My big fear would be moisture though.

That great looking flooring might change things considerably, but in my shop (partly because I might be a bit messy sometimes) I've got to wash the floor occasionally.  Water would collect in that hole and the lift would end up setting in whatever couldn't be somehow sucked out.  Guess could take a shop vac to it after washing the floor.  But I hate not being able to be as lazy as possible.

God I'd love to have a garage like that.  Jim, have you set a date for your sunken lift yet?   :D
