Hey Van, thanks.

I found my manual late last night.

I have been "rotating" shocks on the bike this week Arnott's - Progressives and back to the Bitubo's as of last night. Still trying to get the ride better.

I did pull the Arnott's off completely (compressor etc).

I just don't weigh enough to get the air shocks to give the ride I was hoping for.

I think with the air shocks unless you are using two chambers, 1 for height, 1 for ride you will always just have a compromise.
