Newbie with Questions

Hi

My name is Lane and I live about 40 miles north of Seattle. I'm new to Harleys, been riding mostly Hondas, used Hondas that I could afford. But I've always loved Harleys and told myself someday. Well, that day is coming up. I plan on ordering a new '09 or '10 Ultra Classic in July. I've been putting together a list of addons and am nearly to what a CVO would cost, i.e. $35K. However I'm not sure of everything that comes on a CVO model like an oil cooler or upgraded exhaust, or AC. Is there a list anywhere that lists everything a CVO has vs a regular one? I've spent a few days on the forum and haven't found such a list.
