Has anyone put a 21" front wheel on a SERG?

There is a picture somewhere on the site with a 21" front.  It can be done if that's what you want.

Don't know about the '09's, but I put one on my 2000 Road Glide. 21x130 Avon tire. I had to enlarge the rear fender holes a little and rotate the fender  forward so it would clear.

Greg,

Is that the stock front fender? Did it need new fender adapters? It doesn't look like the stock front tin, so is it just painted black? I would really like to know because I want to go 18/21 for summer...

Hey Jason,

Stock front fender and mounts.  Close fit as you can see.  Lower cans (and shocks) extended 3".  Handles OK on the straights.... that's about it.  I have the guys name and number so if you need help, I can get it for you.  If you stay with the 21"er, what would matter is your total circumference.  If that stays the same, you should not need any other mods.  Other wise you change the rake of the bike.   :nixweiss:

Klaus,

I don't know what he paid but look here:  http://www.renegadewheels.com/Wheel_Page_2008/index.html.  Their 23" forged wheels are US $1,600.  Not cheap!
