Sorry for digging up such an old post, but was searching for opinions on the Premium TourPack Luggage 94807-09.  Did anyone ever try this on a '06 or '07 with the leather Tourpack? Does it fit OK with the smaller rack?  I'm itching to pull the trigger, but want to make sure. TIA!

the straps can be fitted for any sort of rack, no problem there.

But as happy as we are with it, there are quality issues:

While we're on the topic of luggage, how do you like the Dicota bag? I'm looking for a new laptop bag / brief case. I was think of a Montblanc bag, but now you have me expanding my horizons. Any recommendations?

I'm glad someone mentioned this popup asking for a password.  I was wondering why it was showing up.  I'm glad it wasn't just me.

Yeah, he trying to link to a password protected host for the image, instead of simply uploading it here. As a result, everytime someone load the page and it tries to display the image, its asking each client for creditials. Simple mistake.

right - but should be corrected now. Sorry.

As to the dicota bags, we all use them in my office and everybody is happy with them.

Keep me posted on what you find out. I'd be interested in buying one myself, if I can still afford it.  ;D

Mine has been very heavily used for over a year with no problems at all. Quality is perfect.

(Dicota are purely average in my experience - selling laptop cases is part of what I do.)

Hi Jim,

Best for longevity, and offering decent protection and storage, seem to be Targus, Hans.  Of course, they have a big range, going from cheap to expensive, and to some extent you get what you pay for, though the cheap ones are not bad, either.

Cheers,

Jim
