To begin with, we want to thank Dave and Donna for putting together the slide show. We haven't announced this to any family or friends until Dave completed the slide show........so everybody is getting the message at once. Thanks again, to Dave.....we appreciate the time and efforts that went in to this.

Many of these photos are in the thread in the Ride Report however, not all of them are.
We'd like to take this opportunity to announce to our family and friends that Terrie and I got married on Sat. May 16, 2009 in Reno, Nevada.
We know this will come as a surprise to many. Our original plans were to stop in Las Vegas on our way to Arizona and get married there. However, with Terrie getting heat sick on May 16 our trip plans quickly changed to the Pacific Northewest.
As we got home mid afternoon that day, I suggested to Terrie "well, since we're not going to Vegas, we might as well drive up to Reno and get married now". In short order, we packed. She laid out the shirt that I had bought awhile back, to get married in and I put it in the car. She laid her outfit out that she'd bought awhile back, to get married in, also. Somehow, during the rush of packing and leaving.....it didn't make it in the car. Don't ask.....we don't know how that happened.
We didn't let it discourage us. Early in the day in Galt she suffered heat sickness in 107F temps. By 5:30 p.m. that same day we were standing in the snow on top of Donner Summit, over 7,000 feet and.....we were married that evening. What started out as a pretty rough day turned out to be a great day for us. We capped it with dinner at the same restaurant that we went to celebrate our engagement, Harrah's Steak House. We even got the same table.
So, this trip was actually our honeymoon and we've had a great time all week! Here are the photos to share it all with you......Once you click on the link below, you can then click on the "HQ" and watch it in High Quality and click on the box next to it to watch it in full screen.
