paul yaffe monkey bars

 Was just needing some info on handle bars. What is the rise and pullback on stock 09 roadglide bars and you gentlemen who have the monkey bars how do you like them is the quality good and are they more comfortable than stock.

    do not know the specs on the stock bars but they are in the 09 harley acc.catalog..have the 8 inch monkey bars on my bike..love them..great quality but a real pia to get the wiring thru......

The quality is great, the look is outstanding and they are a little bit more narrow compared to the stock bars. This is the 8" set...

Just took a nice long ride with mine today.  I'll tell you it's a whole new attitude looking forward at that edgy top bend.  And again, the feel & position is perfect (10" example below).  Decision, decisions...

How much pull back do these have?  Do they come back closer to you than the stock bars did?

They are now available with either a 12" or 15" rise.  (When I called, they said what is listed as a 15" is actually a 16" rise.)

This is from their website:

Our standard most popular size sits 10” tall (installed) 33” wide with a 6” pullback with an 1.25” diameter. We also offer them in a 12” and 15” height by special order. Taller bars will naturally get wider. 12” bars measure 33” wide and 15” bars measure 37” wide. They are available in both chrome or gloss black powdercoated finishes. Each bar is pre-drilled and swedged and polished inside at the corners for easier internal wiring. They also work with the new fly-by-wire throttle system found on 2008 and 2009 touring models.

$375 for either size - available in chrome or black powdercoat.
