Heated grips are great when they work.

I've had mine replaced more than a few times.  All under warranty.

Mine are going to be replaced also.

Not hot enough.  Going to wait till October. Don't need them now.

The aux switch is used for the heated seats not the grips.

Do a search on heated grips - alot of guys have changed theres.

I might change mine this time since I have changed them 4 times now.  Yes they are under warranty so I figure I will make HD replace them but after 4 times it is getting OLD.

I guess that is why some folks have changed them even under warranty is it worth the hassle of getting them replaced 2 times a year.

Mine quit after 2 or 3 hours of use.  Had them fixed and they worked for maybe 10 minutes.  I might get them fixed again this fall, or maybe it's not worth the hassle because they will just break again.

Just install the Heat Demons and no more worries or trips back and forth to the dealer. Heats better and the little thumb switch is much easier to use than twisting that knob on the end of the handlebar

 :-\ :-\ :-\

Web looks good except that you have to drill out the 09 bars to allow for the electronic throttle.  Was this hard?

Cause I do like the look of the grips.

 :o :o :o

I'll check mine but wasn't aware of that.  I have always just turned the Aux on to use the heated seats.

Thanks.
