 :orange: I just got my CVO 2 weeks now and the days I'm off it just rains and rains here in NYC. I have a grand total of 150 miles, My 06 has Rineharts true duals and that my wife scoot now. So when I got my CVO she has not stop laughing at my new bike, say "is that a Harley or a Honda, God it's soft" Thanks to Steve at Fullsac, the bass is back in my bike. I'm waiting for the headers W/O the cat, and then the re-map. Bang baby  :bananarock: Fullsac :2vrolijk_21:

Glad to hear you are happy with Fullsac. Just ordered my 2.0 baffles and TTS today for my three week old CVOUC. Can't wait to get rid of the motor boat sound! He was great to talk to on the phone.

Reveived my stock head pipe bought off ebay today and waiting on the Fullsac baffles and TTS; hope to install this weekend!

what did you have to give for your stock head pipe...if ya don't mind my asking?

I think I overpaid at $240 with the crossover pipe and heat shields attached.

You probably did not do too bad. I paid 120 for just the head pipe without the heat shields.

Well, I guess the joke is on me. I stripped the exhaust off my bike this morning and found out as I was about to put the new headpipe on that it has a catalytic concerter in it! A lot of work for nothing. Now I have two of them so I guess I'll send one to Fullsac and let them modify it. Do I need to change the map if I just put in the 2.00 baffles now?  Ken

Send one to Steve at Fullsac to gut.

With just the 2.0 baffels and a cat, and stock Air cleaner you should be ok.

Thanks, that's what Steve said also. Well, I got some practice taking the exhaust apart and putting it back together. Now I will get to do it again when I get the header back without the Catalytic converter. What a pain, started not to put it back together, but couldn't stand not being able to ride for a couple of weeks. Not sure I like the sound right now, but I am going to put a few miles on it and see if it grows on me.

The baffles were no problem changing out, except for getting my wood dowel stuck in one, it was pretty funny!

The baffels sound ok with the cat still in the head pipe.  However they sound better (deeper) and a little louder when you get on it with NO CAT.

Thanks, I was wondering if that would make a difference. After riding for a few hundred miles, I'm starting to like the sound and can't wait to get rid of the CAT.
