Killed the cat

Picked up a Cat pipe from my local dealer for $150 and did the surgery. Its, about an hour and a half project and the only way to remove the cat from the front jug. Can't be done with a core cutter. Only the rear will benefit from that program. Off for ceramic coating tomorrow. :drink:

Only the rear will benefit from that programbut that is not the worst , because this is the one which will become hottest .

Dracula,  take a look here:  Jet-Hot coating on my new non CVO headpipe

The ceramic coating holds in the exhaust heat for better flow and comfort.  The extent of which I'm not sure of but there are various opinions.  Some swear by it.

Professional Plating inc. will do ceramic coating inside and out for $100 with one week turn around!  http://www.proplating.com/

The ceramic coating is the $hit !!! It cuts waaaayyyy down on the radiant heat. worth every penny to get it done ! :2vrolijk_21:
