asmith,
It shouldn't be a problem passing VA inspection they are not checking the emissions from your exhaust.  I changed to a V&H powerduals they don't have the cat and my dealer said it wouldn't be a problem when it is time for my inspection.  :bananarock:

I thought the cat muffled the exhaust a lot until I listened to a catless 09 with the 2/14 Fulsac's yesterday. Wasn't that much louder and thats good (Ive got the 2/14 with a cat now). I will have the header back next week from Professional plating with the ceramic coating and look forward to the long over due tune up. I will post the results from  http://www.fuelmotousa.com/ :drink:

Now that you mention it , looks like the wire from the lambda of the rear . Normally it runs to the ECM .

LarryB, the wire dangling out of the tranny is probably a wireless electric boyfriend.  :o

Now that you mention it , looks like the wire from the lambda of the rear . Normally it runs to the ECM .

Not sure what "...the lambda from the rear..." is, but the wire in the picture looks to me to be the connector end of the O2 sensor wire. It looks like it's been unplugged from the other end of the O2 sensor lead that goes to the ECM. If you enlarge the picture you can see the wire from the O2 sensor coming out the back of the headpipe and looping around to the dangling connector in front of the transmission.

But, hey... I could be wrong here...  :nixweiss: :nixweiss: :nixweiss:

That`s what i mean , the O2 sensor of the rear cylinder ( exactly pipe)which runs to the ECM , called Lambdasonde in germany made from Bosch .  :2vrolijk_21:

Hey Hawk, how's it sound? Usually a cat is pretty quiet after it's killed..but this may be different... :drink:

Not loud at all. with the Fulsac 2.25 baffles, it has a nice rumble but will not set off any alarms. :orange:
