No doubt were looking at a re-map after installing these.  :lolk:

Of course he would have to re-map, dyno testing has shown these end caps to be worth 15-18 HP and 18-20 Torque!
With the slash up, it will scavenge the exhaust more effectively using the stock 110 cams, of course! Slash down does not show as much as a gain across the board, and the bottom end suffers.

The end caps look sharp. Is he still in the "design-phase"? If so, it would be nice if the slant angle was steeper to better align with the angle of the CVO bags. Otherwise they're outstanding.

Check out these new  end caps for our CVO Mufflers. I talked to Steve @ Fullsac  about 6 months ago and he told me he had these in the works. Bad Idea  on his part...after repeated calling, emailing and generally driving him nuts..... Steve delivered in a big way. Damn these are NICE>>> Slipped them on the Orange Crush this morning..

i have a set of these NEW never used I'll sell for $75.00...  decided to swap out mufflers after i bought em.

I have a few more pictures from a thread I did back in early October.

http://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?topic=41844.0

Also as stated in the October thread, the Fullsac tips are not Chrome, but polished stainless.  In most cases on a SERG the polished stainless looks good, but if you're able to see both muffler and the tips, like on a SEUC, there is a difference in sheen.

Also as long as they are being commissioned Fullsac as CVO Touring tip replacement parts, the angle should have conformed with the slope on the saddle bags in both the SERG, SESG and the SEUC's.

I'm happy with them on my bike and no one notices the slight angle difference, but I do.

 :)  :)  :)

Yes, the end caps are on the Fullsac web site.  Check under "Products" they are listed as CVO Muffler Tips.

Those look better than anything I seen from Harley and the price looks fair to me.  Bike looks great with them on.

If you have OEM mufflers or 1.75 fullsacs I have fishtails that will fit your bike, send me your e-mail address and I will forward pictures and details.
