Jackson was completely off the weirdness scale.  But damn, he's only two years older than I am.

Of course all that elective medical work abusing the body for years has to pile up on a guy.  But still, dropping dead at 50 is harsh.

Farrah was sweet and sexy and by all accounts a nice lady, Michael had loads of talent and was a disturbed perv.

Ed McMahon is gone too .. not a good week for Icons

Kind of epitomized the term, "What have you done lately?"  The last worthwhile thing was, what, 1982 or so?

I can tell from the group concensus thus far that you guys aren't going to like this comment, but I've never been convinced that MJ ever did anything sexual with any of the kids.  I still believe that he was an eccentric with the social development of a small child and I just think that he loved children and they were his playmates, with no sexual thoughts involved.  Was there ever a better person in this world to pin these accusations on?  Never.  He was the perfect victim.  Is it wierd that his home was an amusement park, his best friend a chimpanzee, his playmates little children...of course.  I just think he was a strange bird and I just never believed he ever had any sexual intent with these children.  You guys can beat me up all day on this, but I will always believe he was just a victim of the odd circumstances he placed himself in.  I think he is guilty of bad judgement and a total freak, but that's where it ends.
