Ignition Timing procedure

Where is the MoCo hiding the iginition timing procedure, does not show up in service manual.

Ignition timing is controlled by the ECM.  You will have to purchase a tool and program to make any adjustments to timing.  The instructions will come with whatever program you purchase.  For further information, look into the Intake/Exhaust/ECM section on this board.  The SERT or SEST and MasterTune are the most common, although there are others out there.
