Alright Henry! One less thing to deal with now! Glad you're happy with it! ;) Hoist! 8)

Exactly Howie.  Not sure I can ever buy a new Harley again.  Every time I've done it, there have been challenges, and each time it has been an increasing PITA to get them solved.  I think I'm done with new bikes.

Dam# Brother..........just 554 more posts, and you're gonna turn green!  You should have that knocked out by this evening.  Dontcha think!!!

Went to the dealer to check out my new painted parts. The outer fairing and the saddle bags looked really good even in the sunshine. The crimson flake looked perfect and could definetly see the stripes and feel them.  The Moco is only agreeing to replace those three parts. I am glad they are replacing those parts and they look good but my tank looks bad. I am going to try to give them a call again and see if I can get them to replace the tank. After the color blind factory rep looked at it they only agreed to replace those 3 parts.  The rest of the bike looks ok i.e. the front fender and side covers.  Also noticed my front motor mount bushing is busted. They are going to replace it while in the shop. Good luck to everyone else!

That's weird...the Tanks, outer fairing, and lower bags have been the worst of the parts all along, from what I've seen.  Hope you can get the guy to see it your way...maybe if he has the new parts to compare to, he'll "see the light".  Glad to hear you are happy with what's been provided thus far.

2UP, I've been where you are right now Bro.  Hang in there.  Get mad.  Get over it.  Get something done about it, but don't give up.  Every striped part on my scoot has been replaced.  Took two replacements to get it right..........but it got right.  Was it worth the ulcer, well................YES!  Oh, and the busted front motor mount, been there.  They fixed it.  Works like a champ now.  This thing looks like it might be a decent machine now that I'm done with all the labor to get it right..........over and above the initial financial outlay just get the friggin' thing.  Keep fightin' the righteous fight.
