Anyone installed fullsak baffles into an 05 SEEG?

Yes, but it requires swapping the Fullsac 4in ends for the OEM 3 1/2in ends not much of a job with a chop saw and a welder, unless your want to maintain the stock look, you can pick up a nice set of 06-08 CVO mufflers cheap and swap the baffles more easily.

They won't fit in the '05 and earlier stock CVO mufflers.  Those mufflers were all 3.5".  From '06 on they are 4" cans.  You will need to buy a set of '06 or later CVO touring mufflers and then do teh FullSac conversion.  That's what I just did and put on my '03 SERK.

Contact Fullsac , I think  you can send your mufflers and Steve will make baffles for your 3 1/5 inch.
