is there any HD mechanics that can run my vin at HD to see what service has been done to my bike as far as service, recalls and warrenty work,without me taking a ride to dealer

you can check yourself if any outstanding recalls are required, click on the link and enter your vin and mileage

If there's a way then I don't know it. Any chance you know the dealership where it's from? If they worked on it they should have a record.

Warranty and recall history should be able to be accessed by any dealer, but all other service work will only be on record at the place where it was performed.  Dealers don't input customer paid service work into the H-D system, to the best of my knowledge.

That's correct - any dealer' H-D system can look-up the original service date, dealership that originally sold the bike, original owner's name plus the status of any recalls.  Any other bike specific service history is normally only recorded at the dealership that did the service.
