Road Glide windshield trim on FLTRSEI3 with Cee Bailey's Super Step?

It seems to me, a few month back, there was a problem putting the chrome windshield trim on the SERG with a Cee Bailey's Super Step.
Strange thing is, a good friend of mine had the dealership install both, and there doesn't seem to be a problem.
What's the deal?

I installed no problem :)

My Kuryakn trim worked with the Kuryakn, Cee Bailey, and Windvest windshields. I think the Windvest windshield is the best of the three.
