Spoiler LED Lighting
« on: November 22, 2005, 11:31:56 AM »

I am wanting to install the the Tourpak and Saddlebag Spoilers on my SEEG. BUT.....I have allready installed the clear light setup.  Does anyone know of a replacement lens for the spoilers to match the clear tailight and turnsignal set-up?  I think it would look funny with red lights on the spoilers and the other lights with all clear lens.... :-/

Good Luck...I have the same spoilers, but not installed yet.  Since they are LED, I believe the diodes are probably molded into the red lenses.  Maybe if you could find out who manufactured the LED units for H-D?

I just installed the tourpack and saddlebag spoiler lights along with the smoked Kuryakyn turnsignals but with a red Kuryakyn taillight.  That combination looks fine IMO..  I don't think you will find the spoiler lights in clear.  The only thing I don't like about the spoiler LED's is that they aren't nearly as bright as the Kuryakyn's.  I also went with their run/brake controller.  HD behind as usual.

I had the tour-pak spoiler come undone and the diodes are separate from the lens. The diodes are clear, so a clear lens (if you could somehow make one) would give you a white light

Here's site where you may find something that will adapt to the newer tour-paks, but would sure be nice to see the smoked lenses available for the OEM spoilers.
