What is the actual air pressure that you are running in the shocks? Two up riding on an 09 SEUC should require somewhere around 40 lbs give or take a few pounds of pressure. At least that's a good starting point to try out. Many of us, including myself, continued to try to use 10, 15, or 20 lbs or so like in previous models, until I was schooled on here about it. Actually, I think my dealer may have mentioned it to me also. But the 09's do need more air pressure. If you still aren't happy after trying pressures up into the 40's, there are a few different brands of shocks out there that will come highly recommended by many on this forum. I haven't tried any of them, so I can't really comment on their effectiveness. I'll just say that I had the problem with the shocks bottoming out until I raised my air pressure significantly. One other thing...make sure you use something along the lines of the Harley shock pump. Don't use a compressor to pump up your shocks.
