I was all excited to see what was new. I am really disappointed. Probably the worst year ever for paint. I thought the street glide would be awesome, guess not.

Yup
Wanted a Street Glide for the wife but I am not really impressed with the bike either. Actually I am not impressed with the paint sets on any of the bikes.

In all fairness......I wasn't thrilled with previous year models paint until viewed in person.  Trick paint is hard to reproduce in pics.  I bet they'll look great when seen in person.   :2vrolijk_21:spyder

well I have to tell you if I could I would buy one of each. I think they are very cool and they are CVO's. They are special motorcycles that will catch the eye of someone and they will buy them. Hell i would buy one if i didn'y all ready have 3 bikes and was sure my wife wouldn't leave me and take all of them.

Anyway the have special tricks just take the time o check them out. I wonder what is in store for 2011? Too early?

I really like them, Not enough to tade my 07 SEUC, but I do like them. I really think the new 2010 Electra Glide Ultra Limited is going to hurt the SEUC Sales, it has the 103" motor, trick paint and most features anyone would want, all for 10 grand less than a CVO Ultra, I think the motor company put out a nice line-up. My only disapointment was the lack of a water cooled bagger.

For me perhaps the rumor hype and anticipation of what was to come did some damage - nothing thrilling for me this year. For those of you into Buells, things turned out just as bland - just new colors & turnsignals.......YAWN

I guess this might be a reflection of the $$$ times. Why go out on a limb with new items when there is still a crap load of 09's still on the floor.

I think you "hit the nail directly on the head"!  With so many 09's still unsold they must have figured to keep things the same (pretty much) and hopefully with such awful colour choices for the 10's the 09's will fly out the door at slightly reduced prices.  :2vrolijk_21:

You are right there---they always look better on the showroom floor or outside in the sun for that matter.
