What did you have to lay out for the Pro Charger? Jamie is a good friend that learned how to ride like a "Pro" with me! Ha...Ask him about Urban Flat tracking! Like to see it in person some time.  :drink:

I know that i need to post pics I will have to learn how,the power output is about where we expected remember thats a 41 horse gain with a "stock" motor. In the future I will throw more boost at it but as of right now I am plenty good.

I'm sure it's alot of fun.   Put a Whipple SC on my mustang and it turned it into a blast to drive.

Intercooled ProCharger for EFI Harley Davidsons
by Paul Crowe - "The Kneeslider" on 11/6/2006

"ProCharger has been going to all of the shows, including SEMA last week, letting everyone know about their intercooled ProCharger for Harley Davidson twin cam EFI V-Twins. If you’re riding a Harley and would like to bolt on some serious horsepower, these ProChargers can boost power from 50% to 65%, which the company says means 180-plus hp out of the new 95-cid engines! Install time is about 4 to 6 hours and the blower doesn’t affect drivability or rider position, all you notice is the kick in the butt when you twist the throttle. Price is $5135.

ProCharger makes superchargers for automotive, truck, marine and motorcycle applications and this unit looks very well finished. It’s designed to run on pump gas, with either stock or modified V-Twins and a 3 year warranty is available."

I looked at a set of the instructions, seems pretty easy install. Getting someone to map it when done will be the deal. With 10# boost, on any engine, fuel curve and supply needs to be correct, or something will get very hot, very quick.

Should be a fun ride! There is a lot more left in that bike. My friends 2006  103 SE FatBoy made 165HP 138TQ with a Procharger. The v-rod I had could not even come close to keeping up with it.

It all depends how much you wanna boost it.more boost =more fuel=less crusing range ,right know I still get between 28-30 mpg and with the stock 255 cams it pulls like a bear from idle to 6k.So far no problems and I want to keep it that way.

His makes 10psi and we spin it to 6,800  not sure how long it will last, but he wants to build a purpose built motor anyway.

Looking into putting the Thundermax on it, bigger blower and see what happens ;D
