clearview Windshield
« on: August 07, 2009, 09:44:28 AM »

My new 18" Clearview Windshield came in today, but I dont see any nylon bushings that were suposed to come with it. Are we suposed to use the old ones and is there a seal that is to be mounted with it too?

I'd call john @ CV with those concerns. 18" wow you must be tall or want to look through it. but yes, the CV is the best so far as function

I figured I was sitting 6" above the stock one, so I added 4" to the height. Should be fine! John has been excellant to work with with.

Its going on a 2008 Screaming Eagle RK. Love this bike! Had all the motor work done to it, milled and ported, race tuner, cam, pipes, breather, and dyno. 104hp 124ftlbs torque. What a rocket! Added passing lamps, and have hardbags getting painted to match.

might be too high to look over it, but check it out and don't remove the protective film until you are sure.

we have already checked it out, fits fine for me, most of the guys are ordering the 17", I just added one more inch to it. Really, it will be fine, but thanks for your concern. So tired of the wind sucking the skull cap off my head, cant aford to buy anymore!
