demo rode the 2010 SE ultra over the weekend.  not really very much difference between my '09 and the '10 other than the transmission noise was gone in fifth gear.  the other stuff, like the larger tour pak due to the lights being led, and the saddlebag lighting was nice, but not worth the trade difference.  I did not notice a performance difference between mine prior to the cat removal and the '10, so I do not really know what the difference is as far as the oxygen sensors relocation, or ecm calibration.  they are nice bikes, but then so is my '09.
