Have same bike as yours.  Running V&H Power Duals, K&N air filter element, stock mufflers with Fuel Pak.  Runs great. 40 mpg overall.  Simple and relatively inexpensive mods.

My riding buddy (09 SEUC) and myself (09 SERG) both use the fuelpak. He has V&H power duals, monster ovals
& the SERG air cleaner. I have V&H power duals, FullSac baffles & stock SERG air cleaner. We are both very happy with the fuelpak. We both installed with V&H instructions and we have not had one problem. We are running cool, and good gas mileage. Of course no dyno needed like other set ups I have used in the past.

If you think that A/F is all you will need to adjust and that you will be satisfied with half a tune, it may be a good option you. Half a tune is also half the price of a more complete tuning solution.

I know people who started out that way only to end up removing the Fuel Pak when they realized they needed a more capable solution. Now that $200 Fuel Pak becomes an expensive paper weight.

TTS Master Tune and the latest release of the Super SERT both offer complete tuning solutions that include programs that will custom tune YOUR motor without a dyno.  Connect laptop, ride, record data, stop, accept changes, and load new custom map.

I would NEVER use a Fuelpak or a PC on my SERG, these are cheap ways to trick the system into running right. they are ok for someone who has a bone stock production bike and wants a little sound and needs to get rid of some decel pop. When you bring the name CVO into the mix your talking about a much more refined machine and should be treated as such. for me and  mine, TTS Mastertune

I have a fuelpack on a 2004 flhtcse 103 with D&D true duals, se air cleaner (stage 1) with mod cams and it runs great with no problems.  I am getting around 45 miles per gallon and no decel pop.

I ran the fuel pak on all my bikes, even the 09............09 ran like poop, got rid of it and got the SERT and a Dyno tune.
Runs just fine now with quite a bit of kick.

I do not think it works well with the 110 motor.......JMO

Had V&H ovals and fuel pack on my 08seuc.
It was rubbish and is now a paper weight.
Got Fullsac 2ins and TTS on my 09Seuc and the difference is night and day.
The sound is far superior to thw monster ovals ,the performence is vastly better than with the fuel pack and the back up from steve at fulsac is superb. IMHO the fuel pac is probably the poorest of the options available

Spot on!! There is no substitute for  a professional tune..   Harley's timing tables are weak at best..End of report
