question is the Thundermax system I have does not have a disk with it. Do I need the Thundermax  disk to start up or can I get all the info off Zippers web site and use their download?

Their web site does not have a build close to the one that I am starting with so if anyone has one close to what I am starting with it would be helpful

The software is available via download.  The map library is accessed through their software.  You'll have to load some map in the ECM to get started.
